Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on Ai Scholars. Refund decisions may depend on the course type (recorded vs live) and how much of the service has already been delivered.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the rules below and any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
Recorded classes
- Recorded content is delivered immediately after purchase (or upon enrollment activation). Because digital content is accessible instantly, refunds may be limited once access has been provided.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing access that we cannot resolve in a reasonable time, we may approve a refund.
Live batches
- If you cancel before the batch start date, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the schedule and processing fees.
- If the batch has started, refunds may be limited or prorated based on sessions delivered and attendance.
- If a batch is cancelled or materially rescheduled by us, you may choose a refund or a transfer to another batch (when available).
Bundle purchases (Recorded + Live)
If your purchase includes both recorded and live access, refund eligibility may be evaluated separately for each portion based on access and delivery (for example, recorded access already delivered vs live batch not yet started).
How to request a refund
- Go to the Contact page and submit a refund request.
- Include your registered email, course name, and (if available) the payment/order reference.
- Our team may ask for additional details to verify the transaction and understand the issue.
Processing timelines
- We typically respond to refund requests within 2–5 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may vary.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in situations such as:
- Requests made after significant delivery or completion of the course/batch.
- Abuse of refund requests or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (which may have their own refund rules).
